The mission of AIMTRITEAM is to motivate and inspire women of all ages and abilities to achieve individual fitness goals through triathlon and multi-sport activities. AIMTRITEAM provides information, instruction and training opportunities with an atmosphere of fun, friendship, encouragement and support.

We dedicate our athletic endeavors during this 2013 season to the memory of one of our co-founders, Carol Urquiola, who lost her battle with cancer in May. Carol's enthusiasm and love of triathlon inspired and motivated countless women to become involved with the sport, and her encouragement and support helped many of our team members achieve their goals. Her indomitable spirit remains in our hearts.
